The Guide You Want When Life Gets Complicated
There are coaches who advise. There are coaches who encourage. And then there are coaches who accompany: generously attuning to the thing you haven't been able to say, the pattern you've been circling without naming, the version of yourself you've been almost ready to step into.
That is the kind of coach I am.
My clients tell me I catch what others miss. It is not a technique. It is a calling: a genuine, absorbing curiosity about who you are underneath the role you play, and a deep, enduring commitment to helping you live from that place.
They seek a sharp, safe partnership to reorient, question assumptions, audit their integrity, and step more fully into who they are becoming.
My coaching is as intellectually rigorous as it is emotionally intelligent — for earnest do-gooders ready to unify their life so they can make meaningful change.
My Training
I hold a Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania — one of the world's leading positive psychology programs — and a Master of Education. I am certified through the Martha Beck Coaching Institute, one of the most respected coach-training programs.
I have spent more than 15 years in one-to-one coaching, walking alongside individuals through the most challenging and uncertain periods of their lives: career transitions, identity shifts, loss, major decisions, and the unnamed inner-crisis that demands attention.
My academic training gives me the tools. My years of practice give me the discernment to know which tools to use.
How I Work
My greatest strength is attunement — the ability to listen at a level most people rarely experience. I hear the words you choose and what you avoid. I hear the story underneath the story. I hear the fear you’re running from and the longing your heart desires.
From deep listening, I make the complex simple. I find the one insight that unlocks a dozen questions. I help you see the pattern you've been living inside, so you can intentionally choose something different.
My clients describe the experience as feeling both challenged and completely safe — the precise conditions under which transformation happens.
I work with the whole person: your history, your values, your fears, your strengths, your relationships, your ambitions. Nothing is left outside the conversation. Nothing is forbidden.
Who I Work With
My clients are:
Adults navigating a significant transition — career, relationship, identity, purpose
Leaders and entrepreneurs ready to close the gap between who they know they are and how they show up
Thoughtful, educated individuals who have built successful lives and feel something essential is still missing
Earnest do-gooders: people who want to make a positive difference and are ready to begin with themselves
Anyone at a crossroads, asking: Who am I now, and what do I want next?
